CONDUCTING RESEARCH As soon as you select your nation for OMUN, the research phase begins. Check with your teacher to select a nation on the Member Nation List and then begin your research. These web sites contain valuable information about nations and global issues:
To conduct RESEARCH use the RESEARCH QUESTIONS from the OMUN Training Manual. Use this procedure as your team members conduct research. For a copy of the OMUN Research Questions click HERE. Print out these questions and follow the directions to begin your research for OMUN. STATE OFFICER INFORMATION If you are in grade 8 you can become a candidate for state office for Jr. Ohio Model United Nations. If you are elected you will attend Jr. OMUN next school year as a state officer. If you are in grade 11 you can become a candidate for state office for Sr. Ohio Model United Nations.
